1
Add Coinbridge to your store (plugin or API). “Pay with Crypto” appears alongside your existing payment methods.
2
At checkout, the buyer selects crypto, completes payment through a supported wallet interface, and receives confirmation. Order and payment status sync back to your store.
3
Crypto is converted to fiat through processing / liquidity partners. Coinbridge receives consolidated settlement and automatically allocates payouts to each merchant based on completed orders— with reporting and reconciliation.
Payout cadence can be configured (weekly, or upon reaching a defined payout threshold).

Coinbridge is not a bank. Availability of features depends on merchant profile, onboarding results, and contractual setup
Do I receive crypto or CHF?
By default, merchants receive fiat settlement (e.g., CHF). Crypto settlement can be discussed depending on the merchant profile and setup.
Which cryptocurrencies do you support?
Support typically includes major assets and stablecoins. The exact list depends on the processing / liquidity partner configuration and compliance parameters.
How fast do I get paid out?
Payouts can be set to a defined cadence (commonly weekly) or triggered when a threshold is reached. Final terms depend on onboarding and the settlement model.
How is the exchange rate determined?
Rates are calculated at the time of payment confirmation using the configured processing / liquidity partner methodology (including any applied spreads/fees as agreed).
How does Coinbridge integrate with my store?
Coinbridge is designed to be installed like other checkout payment methods (plugin where available; API for custom platforms). We also support payment status callbacks/webhooks.
Will “Pay with Crypto” slow down checkout?
No. The goal is parity with standard payment methods: select method → confirm payment → order status updates automatically.
Are crypto payments refundable?
Yes. Refund workflows are supported. Refund methods (fiat vs crypto) and timing are defined by your merchant policy and the technical/payment setup.
Does this reduce fraud or chargebacks?
Crypto payments do not run on card chargeback rails, which can reduce card-style chargeback exposure. However, merchants still need clear refund/returns policies and fraud controls for orders and delivery.
What customer data do you receive?
We use a data-minimization approach. Typically we receive order identifiers, amount, currency, and payment status, plus technical metadata needed to reconcile the order. Exact fields depend on your integration.
What do you need from me to start?
For pre‑registration: email, store URL, and platform. For onboarding: company details, settlement information, and required compliance documentation.
